Hi, I’m Amber Olsen, Certified Foot Zone Practitioner!

The realm of holistic health is something I’ve been drawn to for several years. Getting to the “root cause” of a problem is something I’m passionate about- I think everyone deserves to feel their best both physically & emotionally.

After dealing with several of my own health issues, foot zoning was something I’d never tried but it ended up being one of the most beneficial tools in my healing. After working at a local health food store for several years, I decided to dive deeper and become a certified practitioner myself. I strive to help others the way I was when I needed it most, through calming the nervous system and being educated on how my body was doing. Foot Zone Therapy is an incredible modality that I think everyone should try! I have seen it do many great things in the past year that I’ve been practicing.
